Most recently, he has served as in-house counsel to a portfolio of companies across the transportation, insurance, commercial sales, real estate, and finance sectors. DRT, LLC - Corporate Counsel October 2024 - January 2026 •Corporate Counsel to a portfolio of companies, including, 10 Roads, LLC; Lone Mountain Truck Leasing, LLC; Ten Four Truck Insurance; Fleetpark, LLC; and Cresco Capital, Inc. •Supported operations across the transportation, commercial sales, insurance, real estate, and finance industries by advising executive leadership on compliance, risk management, corporate transactions, property acquisitions, and litigation strategy. •Oversaw employment litigation and contract dispute claims while ensuring effective representation in state, federal, and administrative proceedings. •Developed a federally compliant strategy in pursuit of over 24M in debt while continuing to serve as legal advisor to the commercial sales and leasing division.
High & Younes, LLC - Attorney March 2023 - October 2024 •Represented clients in personal injury and contract dispute cases across Nebraska and Iowa, handling matters from minor injuries to catastrophic cases involving traumatic brain injury, permanent disability, and wrongful death. •Managed all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations, coordinating case strategy and expert consultation. •Oversaw management of litigation staff to the resolution of high value cases.
